z24 motor?

Anyone know where to get a motor for a z24 cavy? 1999. The 2.4L one obviously. Junkyards want like $1200 for the damn thing. I think Jake had that motor in his Grand am, right? I'm sure a cavy guy would know. Brandon? Glen?
